New Home Design Pricing & Permitting
Pricing is based on square footage. Most plans start at $ 2.00 a Square Foot for livable area, plus $.50 per square foot non livable area's (Garages, Decks, etc.).
Example
1500 square foot livable home 1500 x $ 2.00 = $3,000.00
900 S.F. Garage and a 600 S.F. Deck = 1500 Square Feet. 1500 x .50 = $750.00
Not included in the pricing above.
Typical Plan Set is:
Cover Sheet, Site Plan, Floor Plans, Elevations, Building Sections, Foundation Plan & Details, Roof Framing Plan, Brace Wall Plan, Building Sections, Electrical Plan, and Plumbing Plan.
Grading Plans, Home Remodeling, and Detached Garage's and all other drawings are priced per job.

- Geotechnical testing company will be needed to perform the required soil test.
- Septic application
- Heating Calculations and Manual J’s.
- Structural engineering due to exceeding 2018 IRC.
- Permit Fees.
